Race Results: Al Gordon 4M and Washington Heights 5K 2022

Al Gordon 4 Miler  

Congratulations to the 27 Flyers who came out to Prospect Park.  John Whitfield (4^thAG) was the first Flyer in 26:31 and Isle Abusamra was the first Flyer woman in 31:01.  Congratulations to Diane Klein (2^nd AG), Deb Saat (4^th AG), and Richard Purdy (3^rd AG)

 

Washington Heights 5K

Congratulations to the 71 Flyers who came out to Washington Heights for the first Club Points race of the year.  John Whitfield (4^th AG) was the first Flyers in 20:00 and Nicole Theodore was the first Flyer woman in 21:15.  Congratulations to Denise Iannizzotto (6^th AG), Frances Breslauer (1^st AG) and Jeanine Hartnett (2^nd AG).
